Welcome to LinkGrid ("LinkGrid," "we," "us," or "our"). LinkGrid is an AI-driven professional networking platform designed to help users discover, connect, and collaborate more efficiently. By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of LinkGrid's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use LinkGrid.

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid to us in the past twelve (12) months, if any.

12. Termination

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any claims or legal proceedings will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles, California.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue LinkGrid (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification or discontinuance of LinkGrid.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LinkGrid regarding the use of the service.
  • Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
